Important: Motor Mart is a listing platform only. We do not sell vehicles, handle transactions, or facilitate payments. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

To create vehicle listings, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Vehicle Listings

4.1 Seller Responsibilities

When creating a vehicle listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the vehicle
• Upload authentic photos of the actual vehicle being sold
• Disclose any known defects, accidents, or issues
• Set a fair and reasonable price
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain ownership or proper authorization to sell the vehicle

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post listings that:

• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Include stolen vehicles or vehicles without proper documentation
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain offensive, abusive, or illegal content
• Promote scams or fraudulent schemes

4.3 Listing Management

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or reject any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. Sellers are responsible for keeping their listings accurate and up-to-date, and for removing listings once vehicles are sold.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

When viewing and responding to listings, buyers agree to:

• Verify all vehicle information independently before purchase
• Conduct thorough inspections and test drives
• Obtain vehicle history reports (e.g., Carfax, AutoCheck)
• Review all documentation and ensure proper title transfer
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with sellers

Buyer Beware: Motor Mart does not verify vehicle information, seller identities, or listing accuracy. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

6. VIN Decoder Tool

Our VIN decoder uses data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) vPIC database. This information is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of VIN data. Always verify vehicle information through multiple sources.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We specifically disclaim:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding listing accuracy or vehicle condition
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding seller reliability or buyer intentions

All vehicles are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated by the seller. Motor Mart makes no representations about vehicle condition, history, or value.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Motor Mart shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from vehicle transactions, disputes, or defects
• Damages caused by third-party actions, fraud, or misrepresentation
• Damages from website errors, data loss, or service interruptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motor Mart, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

10. User Conduct

• Impersonate others or create fake accounts

11. Intellectual Property

The Motor Mart platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Motor Mart. Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant us a license to display it on the Service. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform without permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Extended periods of inactivity

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Motor Mart operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
